North Eastern Car Club
Situated at the recreation reserve at Tarrawingee, 11km from Wangaratta.
The North Eastern Car Club (NECC) has been in operation since 1953 and
conducts motorkhanas, khanacrosses, navigational touring assemblies and club
and state championship rallies on a regular basis. The club has a special emphasis on their Driver Awareness Program, were
students form 12 years of age can compete in one of the club's two vehicles,
all in controlled conditions on the club's grounds. General meetings are held at the clubrooms at Tarrawingee on the first
Wednesday of each month, starting at 8pm. Guests and new members are welcome.
